This class is offered in 4 week blocks and is designed to introduce students to a new sailing experience, keelboat sailing. The Keel Boat class sails J22s-- a much larger boat with a keel that cannot capsize. About 3 to 4 students sail each J22, assisted by a Junior Instructor. The Keel Boat class is a great fit for anyone who has demonstrated competence in sailing, but either is not interested in racing themselves, or just wants to try something new!
