GBSA Classes and Student Levels

The GBSA Program has a place for those interested in sailing at any level.  Our program is divided into two divisions:  The instructional division, and the racing division.    Historically, most sailors have started in the instructional division and in following seasons have found their way into one of the racing programs.    In 2009 however, GBSA launched the Sailing Adventures program – to offer a non-racing path to sailors of all ages.  The program has been a great success and has helped expose many kids to recreational sailing while exploring the natural beauty of Narragansett Bay.
