GBSA Registration Form

PLEASE NOTE:
This sign up form is for all individuals interested in GBSA.

If you have previously registered your child last year, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN.

Please login to your existing account and sign your child up for this season from within that account.

Parents:

Parents, who wish to enroll your child[ren], please complete all sections. The first section below is for your information, once you complete that part, you will be taken to a second page for registering your children. Once the first part of the form is completed the system will immediately:

Send you a user name and password via e-mail to log into your account. The system will automatically assign you a password, however you can change that by logging into your account with the one assigned. Your user name is the e-mail address you use to register with.

Upon completing the second part of the process the system will immediately:

Create an invoice for the classes you registered for. This invoice can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on the “View Invoices” link. Please print this invoice off, and mail your payment to the address provided.

Supporters:

If you are interested in GBSA and would like to be kept up to date on our activities, or may be interested in supporting us, please complete the form. You will only need to complete the form on this page. Immediately upon registering:

Please Note: Payment, not registration will secure your Childs place for all classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations up to 3 weeks before the start of the program will be assessed a $30 administrative fee, with the balance refunded. Refunds will not be granted within 3 weeks of the starting date of the program.
